Gabrielle Gagnon is a lawyer in the Litigation and Conflict Resolution group in the Montréal office. Her practice focuses on matters involving civil litigation, public rights, shareholder litigation and other contractual disputes, and she supports clients through every stage of the judicial process in these matters.
Gabrielle's practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, and her work involves legal research, drafting court documents and preparing for trial. Her meticulous work ethic and strong analytical skills enable her to manage large and complex files, while remaining focused on client objectives.
While in law school, Gabrielle had the opportunity to spend a semester abroad at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in France. This academic experience enabled her to expand her knowledge of competition law and international economic law.
During her studies, she also completed internships with in-house legal teams, where she gained an in-depth understanding of the strategic and operational challenges her clients face.
